CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

General Assembly Worker

Responsible for various jobs on the production line, including placing products on the conveyor line, inspecting products for defects, and preparing products for shipment. Hand skill is important, as is good eye-hand coordination. The assembler should be able to work as a team to meet daily targets.

Forklift Operator

Responsible for transporting various products, including unstable products, to holding areas. May be responsible for loading/unloading trucks and assembling orders in the staging area. Basic computer skills are helpful as many operators utilize an RF scanner for inventory control. Must be certified through DIY upon hire and yearly after that.

Clerical – Seasonal Positions

Responsible for various office tasks, including answering telephones, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties. May work in different locations throughout the warehouse.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

HR – Internship

Currently a college student in the field of Human Resources. Basic office and computer skills are necessary. Able to assist HR staff with daily duties, including data entry, preparation of new hire packets, filing, and other administrative duties.

Maintenance – Internship

Current college or technical school student with a major in an industrial field. Able to take and follow instructions. Hand skill is needed, as well as good eye-hand coordination. Will be assisting Maintenance staff with the repair and upkeep of production equipment.

QA – Internship

Current college or technical school student with a major in a manufacturing field. Basic computer skills are needed. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Will be assisting QA staff with quality checks on completed products and notify supervisors of products that do not meet specifications.
